Andreas Seitz has been working since 2000 internationally as a coach, trainer and consultant for both individuals and organisations. He previously spent ten years in senior executive posts and as a communications manager, lastly as a Board member of a Bertelsmann/Walt Disney joint venture. He guides and supports international change processes and culture change implementation, and is a consultant in HR and leadership development programmes. As well as a solid portfolio of consulting qualifications in systemic transactional analysis, group dynamics, team and organizational development, he has eight years’ experience in body therapy and theatre work. He currently supports and guides culture change processes in companies during the digitalization phase, and, in joint dialogue with executives, develops core competencies for their future requirements.
