Germán Augusto has supported organisations as a coach, transformation facilitator and consultant for 20 years. In that time, his personal experience of as a senior project manager, specialist and executive at businesses ranging from start-ups to global corporations mean he has first-hand knowledge of the workings and cultural, structural diversity of organizations.
“Contact with people based on building bridges” has been a guiding philosophy underpinning his life to date. Right throughout his professional life he has succeeded in building creative bridges spanning different cultures, functions and hierarchies, both in collaboration with, and also for, people, in a way that is meaningful and produces solutions. This has enabled him to develop a keen awareness and empathy for complex networks. His inspiration stems primarily from working with people on themes such as mindfulness, development and respectful approaches to handling complexity – the latter in terms of both reducing and also increasing complexity.
