Consultant, engineer and bridgebuilder (mediator)
During an 18-year career in IT and the insurance industry in various executive and project manager positions, Susanne Weisheit has acquired intensive and wide-ranging training as a mediator and in systemic consulting methods. She regularly undertakes further education programmes and updates her training qualifications.
Since 2016, she has advised and supported German medium-sized companies and international corporations in a freelance capacity on all areas of conflict management and collaboration. She offers mediation, works with executives and teams, trains in appreciative communication, and introduces conflict management systems and learning organisations in a dialogue-based approach.
In current organisation development projects she provides conflict management support to companies undergoing intensive culture change.
